At Kare Kraft, every piece is handcrafted with care and curated to bring you timeless elegance. Due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we follow a strict no return policy.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we’re here to help with an exchange.


🔁 Eligible for Exchange

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Incorrect products sent
  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include a clear unboxing video/photos as proof


🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Slight variations in colour/stone (due to handcrafting)
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Custom orders or items bought on discount


🔄 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at support@karekraft.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Attach your order ID + unboxing video/photos
  3. Our team will review and coordinate a replacement if eligible
  4. Replacements are processed 6–8 working days after the item is received at our warehouse

Note: Return shipping (in case of exchange) is to be covered by the customer unless the error is ours.
