At Kare Kraft, every piece is handcrafted with care and curated to bring you timeless elegance. Due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we follow a strict no return policy.
However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we’re here to help with an exchange.
🔁 Eligible for Exchange
- Items received damaged or defective
- Incorrect products sent
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
To qualify:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Include a clear unboxing video/photos as proof
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange
- Slight variations in colour/stone (due to handcrafting)
- Items damaged after delivery
- Custom orders or items bought on discount
🔄 How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@karekraft.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach your order ID + unboxing video/photos
- Our team will review and coordinate a replacement if eligible
- Replacements are processed 6–8 working days after the item is received at our warehouse
Note: Return shipping (in case of exchange) is to be covered by the customer unless the error is ours.
