How long does delivery take?

For orders within India, we typically deliver within 3–4 working days. International orders may take 10–12 working days, depending on the destination.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within India.
For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery timelines range from 10–12 working days. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, as each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order. However, we do accommodate exchanges in the case of damage or incorrect products.

When is an exchange possible?

Exchanges are only possible if:

• You receive a damaged or broken item
• You receive the wrong product

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video or photographs.

Are sale items or custom orders eligible for exchange?

No. Products purchased during a sale or made on request as custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Are your products waterproof?

Yes. All our pieces are waterproof and tarnish-resistant. However, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, or harsh chemicals to extend the product’s life.

What materials do you use?

Kare Kraft pieces are made from rhodium-plated alloy bases (available in silver, gold, or rose gold tones), high-grade cubic zirconia, synthetic pearls, faux kundan, and polki-style stones. All materials are nickel-free and skin-safe.

How should I store my jewelry?

We recommend storing your pieces in a dry, soft pouch or airtight box, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Gently wipe the piece with a soft cloth after each use.

Will the jewelry tarnish or lose its shine over time?

Our jewelry is designed to resist tarnishing. With proper care and storage, your Kare Kraft pieces will retain their shine for a long time.

Payment Processing

Do you support international currencies?

Yes, our website automatically detects your location and displays prices in your local currency for ease of shopping. However, all payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupees), and your bank or card provider may apply a conversion rate or fee.

Can I request a customized piece?

At this time, we do not offer customizations. However, we are working on expanding our services in the future.
