To be eligible for an exchange:

🔄 How to Request an Exchange
If your order qualifies, please follow these steps:

Share your Order ID along with the unboxing video and/or photographs.

Our team will review your request and coordinate a replacement if it meets our exchange criteria.
Please Note: In the case of an approved exchange, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error occurred on our part.
