However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist you with an exchange.

You may request an exchange if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
- A clear unboxing video and/or photographs are provided as proof.
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or stone placement resulting from the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.
- Items damaged after successful delivery.
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Products purchased during promotional offers, sales, or at discounted prices.
🔄 How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@karekraft.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your Order ID along with the unboxing video and relevant photographs.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- Approved replacements will be processed within 6–8 working days after the original item has been received at our warehouse.
Please Note: Return shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part.
