• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that:

• A clear unboxing video and/or photographs are provided as proof.

• Items damaged after successful delivery.

🔄 How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at support@karekraft.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Share your Order ID along with the unboxing video and relevant photographs.
3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
4. Approved replacements will be processed within 6–8 working days after the original item has been received at our warehouse.

Please Note: Return shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part.
