However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist you with an exchange.

You may request an exchange if:

• The item received is damaged or defective.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure that:

• The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
• A clear unboxing video and/or photographs are provided as proof.

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Minor variations in colour, texture, or stone placement resulting from the handcrafted nature of our jewellery.
• Items damaged after successful delivery.
• Customized or personalized orders.
• Products purchased during promotional offers, sales, or at discounted prices.

🔄 How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at karekraft1@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Share your Order ID along with the unboxing video and relevant photographs.
3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
4. Approved replacements will be processed within 6–8 working days after the original item has been received at our warehouse.

Please Note: Return shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part.
